People Who’ve
Seen the Film

People who have watched the film showcase the emotional nature of this journey. Universal themes emerge when people reach out to share their own stories.

The discovery, the realization and the fear is real when we find out ‘we are not who we are’… but aren’t we? They say home is where we grow up not where we are born, and I believe it’s the same with last names.

From the music to the stunning visuals the story really unfolds quite well. I can say I truly felt goose bumps at multiple points in the film. Well made, I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed every minute of this fascinating work weaving together the themes of family, history, discovery, and especially love and the many shapes in which it is found. Thanks for sharing this with us!

I watched this twice — just to make sure I caught all the details. A very interesting story which illustrates the consequences of family secrets.
